Under the direction of DMC director of choral activities Dennis S. Richardson and children's chorus artistic director Ouida Bliss Richardson, the Del Mar Children's Chorus, which is a community singing group for area youth, will perform several selections.
The fall concert features separate performances by the chorus' ensembles--Coristas, Vaqueros, Estrellitas and Cantantes--and singing such selections as "Hi-Up Barbaree," "Pirate Song," "My Shadow," "Come Closer," "Ah, Poor Bird," "Shooting Star" and more.
Singers are from various schools in the Coastal Bend and range in ages 7 to 14.
Linda Weber and Dinzin Bronola-Rada will accompany the singers on piano.
Cost is $5 for adults, $2 for children under age 10 and free with a valid DMC I.D.
